Existing Customers

• Please contact support@eptanks.com for assistance in transferring an existing E&P Tanks v3.0 license from one user to another user.
• Issues with installing the software will not be supported after March 31, 2019.
• API will continue to offer support for existing customers who encounter errors inputting data into software in accordance with E&P Tanks user guide (Publication 4697).

(Note that API provides no support for earlier versions of E&P Tanks.)
